FSM is a family-owned business that was established in 1991. For decades, FSM has been the platform for leading security manufacturers and the Finnish security integrators and installers. The cornerstone of our business is customer-oriented services as well as providing customers with products from the world's leading manufacturers and maintaining a high-quality supply chain. We have a local warehouse in Vantaa, which allows us to deliver products all over Finland quickly and efficiently.

Our product range includes all the equipment and systems required for security control of real estate and properties, both private and public. Our products are sold by electrical wholesalers and a network of authorized dealers across the country.

We house two locations for our sales offices and stores in Vantaa and Nokia. We employ about thirty security professionals and our business is constantly expanding.

Sustainability guides everything we do

History

Our story began in 1991 with the representation, selling and installation of DSC alarm systems for consumers. After the first year, we started building a strong dealer network. In the 1990s, our business grew by an average of 40-70% each year, and we got many world-class representations. Already at that time we opened our first website.

At the beginning of the 21st century we made our first acquisitions by buying other import companies.

In the 2010s we opened our first pick-up store for installers in Vantaa and another one later in Nokia. We expanded our operations to information networking by acquiring several specialist companies in the field of network.

Later on, we have expanded strongly by acquiring several companies in the network and security industry. Our subsidiary ETD Finland is a fiber optic equipment expert with a solid reputation as a quality and approved supplier for all optical data transmission.
